We may analyse this comic from the Locutionary acts of speech, starting with Phonetic Acts, related to the pronunciation of sounds (As the sounds or phonemes produced by Nester may sound starnge); then we go through Phatic Acts, that utter words according to the phonological and syntactic rules of the language (That may be Nester's purpose, to assign to his nonsense words a meaning and a purpose on his very own way, without wasting some "more meaningful words"; and finally we can analyse it from Rhetic Acts, which means to utter a sentence with more or less definite reference, (Reference which is almost irrelevant for Nester's speech).
When We use language to talk to express facts or interventions ,oral or written in everyday life, the statement has a linguistic connotation. It has a meaning a what and why it is said.
The speech acts are in the comic as we can see when the listener wants to give an intention to interact to other people, also when it refer to other things about the meaning and what it wants to say incluining the expression that the speaker has.
In this comic we can see that they are explain the first act of the speech that is the locutionary act because here the utterance should be analysed as a locutionary act and her meaning that comprising phonetic, phatic and rhetic acts corresponding to the verbal, syntactic and semantic aspects of any meaningful utterance
